We’ve made some changes to the store this month, all aimed at one thing: removing surprises.
What you see is what you pay
Every price on the store now includes worldwide shipping. And if you’re in the US, Canada, Europe, the UAE or Saudi Arabia, it includes import duties and taxes too — handled by us, paid at checkout, nothing collected at your door. Reefers told us the unpredictable customs bill was the worst part of ordering internationally. We agreed, so we ended it.
Easier to keep your ReefBot healthy
Instead of hunting for individual spare parts, there are now purpose-built repair kits — Flow, Sensor, Stirrer, Switch, an Annual Service Kit, and a Full Overhaul Kit for second-hand units — each containing everything for its job, with one price. Consumables come in 6-month and 1-year care kits, and our new care plans bundle a year of priority support with your consumables shipped automatically (and save you money versus buying separately).
Bought a ReefBot second-hand?
Welcome. There’s a new self-service transfer page, and our Transfer & Activation service now includes 30 days of priority support and a firmware health check — most older units deserve one.
