  • All orders are subject to product availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will:
  • Fulfill the available items immediately, and
  • Contact you to either wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.
  • Reef Kinetics SAL does not provide goods or services to sanctioned countries, in accordance with applicable international trade and compliance laws.
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

2.2 Domestic Deliveries (Lebanon)

Shipments within Lebanon are generally in transit for 2–3 business days.

2.3 International Deliveries

  • International shipments are handled primarily through Aramex (or alternative couriers when necessary).
  • Typical delivery times range from 3–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

2.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by their destination country.
  • Reef Kinetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

2.5 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until all items are available, unless you request partial shipment.

2.6 Delivery Delays

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to monitor the shipment status directly with the courier.

4. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details at checkout. Reef Kinetics is not liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, our Refund & Return Policy will apply.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

  • If your shipment is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately with supporting photos. We will assist with courier claims and provide replacement or refund options where applicable.
  • Lost or undelivered shipments will be investigated with the courier. Resolution may involve replacement or refund depending on the case.
