This product is subject to a one year warranty from date of sale.

The customer is entitled to one year free maintenance on the ReefBot in case the latter is damaged in the area of software or test process.

The company is not responsible for the ReefBot in case it was damaged by a fall or shock or breakage.

The warranty is subject to the following conditions:

Pump heads should be replaced every 6 months

Syringe should be replaced every 50 tests

Vials should be cleaned regularly

Stirrers must be cleaned regularly

Hoses should be changed in any sign of damage or algae growth.

The whole device should be clean from dust and salt.

The ReefBot’s cleanliness should be maintained.

The ReefBot is not be positioned in direct sunlight or source of light or heat.
