Frequently Asked Questions

My result’s color is white, what could the issue be?

If you get white colors after a test, this might be due to the lack of water in the testing chamber and/or lack of chemical reagents.

What do pale test result colors mean?

If you get pale colors while testing, this indicates a couple of issues:

  1. Chemical reagents need to be re-filled in the vial
  2. Lack of magnetic stirrers in the vials and/or testing chambers
  3. Syringe needs replacing
  4. The testing chamber needs cleaning

If my colors while testing are wrong (not as indicated on the test kit), what do I need to do?

  1. Pumps need to be re-calibrated
  2. Lack of magnetic stirrers in the vials could be the issue
  3. Chemical reagents might be contaminated or chemical positions are wrong: Make sure the RO water is filling the RO chamber. If not, check if the silicon “RODI” tube is connected to the RO tank with no air bubbles
